We have diverse backgrounds at HEBERLY ENGINEERING P.C., which allows us an opportunity to see projects from multiple angles and partake in a variety of work tasks. Since we are a small company, each one of us wears many hats. From Civil Engineering to Transportation to Hydraulic and Hydrology Engineering and a variety of other experience, our team has varied backgrounds in all aspects of Engineering, Construction, Design and Project Management. These backgrounds and experience give us the necessary tools and know-how for accomplishing any project we receive the opportunity to see and / or work on. Our team takes great pride in our work and look forward to using common sense engineering practices and helping our clients find creative solutions that work well for their individual project.

Adam Heberly P.E. is President and Principle Engineer for HEBERLY ENGINEERING P.C. He has 20+ years of engineering experience, specializing in designing and building roads; with an emphasis in construction management/inspection, roadway design, traffic signals, ADA design, hydraulics, traffic engineering, pavement design and pavement preservation.
He has prepared final plans, special provisions and cost estimates (PS&E) on many multi-million dollar transportation projects featuring roadway design of interchanges, new and existing roadways, complex storm sewer systems, fish passage culverts, complex staging plans / traffic control plans, traffic signals, roadway signing, and pavement markings.
Prior to starting his own company, he worked with different departments of transportation – including Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), Western Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), CalTrans in a variety of capacities; as well as many cities and counties throughout Oregon and California.

Amy Legaspino works with HEBERLY ENGINEERING P.C. primarily as a Designer & Drafter. From designing subdivision layouts, drafting site work, preparing no-rise reports, editing documents, administrative tasks & much more. Amy is a go-getter & always willing to take on any new project or task Adam sends her way.
Amy’s expertise is with AutoCAD. Her work experience ranges from working with construction companies, community & educational organizations, and manufacturing companies. She has an added wealth of knowledge, especially since she grew up in a construction family.
