Summer 2014 Crater Lake, OR WFLHD-FHWA through RockSol Project Overview: CLNP Pavement Preservation comprised of chip sealing 44 miles of existing roadway which included Hwy 62, Munsun Valley Rd., Pinnacles Rd., Cloudcap Viewport and other misc. maintenance and housing areas. The project included Micro Seal & Cape Seal of additional minor roads, campground loops, and parking areas, as well as some asphalt concrete pavement repair areas, and crack sealing most of the preserved pavement areas. This project was a part of the National Park Service Cycle 5 Pavement Preservation Program.
2015 Sutherlin, OR City of Sutherlin Pavement & ADA Evaluation & Overlay Project Project Overview: Performed city wide pavement condition evaluation and prioritize & recommend pavement preservation techniques for evaluated streets. Evaluated ADA compliance for existing ramps for inlay or overlay candidate streets. Designed (PS&E) grind and inlay streets, and new ADA ramps. Provided bid assistance, Construction Management and Inspection services to the City of Sutherlin to guide them through a successful completion.
Summer 2013 Roseburg, OR Highland Vista Homeowners Association Project Overview: Highlands Vista Home owners association approached us to help assist them with their street system, which was the Associations largest asset. We evaluated their network of asphalt streets and wrote a pavement management plan. The proposed pavement management plan addressed the need for preservation of the existing pavement by conducting a crack and slurry seal. Ultimately, the association applied our management plan in the summer of 2013 which helped to add durability and life to their network of streets.
Summer 2014 Sutherlin, OR City of Sutherlin Slurry Seal Project Project Overview: Assisted with pavement evaluation of the streets throughout the City of Sutherlin, in order to create a three-year pavement preservation program that consisted of Slurry Seals, Chip Seals (for the non-curbed sections), and Cape Seals, including overlay sections. In summer of 2014 we designed and bid a $60,000 Slurry Seal project that was awarded to Blackline Inc. out of Vancouver, WA.
